Grilled Zucchini with Balsamic Vinegar


3 small zucchini, cut into 1/3 inch thickness slices
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar


Preheat the grill. Rub zucchini generously with olive oil. Salt to taste. Grill zucchini 3 minutes a side. Take zucchini off the grill and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
