2 tomatoes, sliced into circles
3 oz of fresh mozzarella, sliced into circles
2 leaves of fresh basil, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
On a plate arrange tomato and mozzarella slices, sprinkle with basil and drizzle with olive oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
